At the back of Casa do Bico, in a private and exclusive area for our guests, there is a space for the relaxation that body and mind need.

The hydrothermal area has a newly installed infrared sauna for six people and a spa-jacuzzi for five people.

The recommended order of use is:

• First the infrared sauna; the heat from the infrared rays prepares the body, activates circulation and relaxes muscles and joints. It usually lasts 30 to 40 minutes at around 45-65°C.
• Then the jacuzzi; the hot water at around 36°C maintains muscle relaxation and improves venous return. You can stay in it for 15-30 minutes.
• And finally, a relaxing, warm shower. This helps close the pores and stabilize the temperature.
